Miss
In poker, a miss refers to the situation where a player is hoping for a specific card to improve their hand, but that card does not appear in the end. This often happens, for example, when you are close to completing a flush or a straight and only one suitable card is missing.
The hope is high, the tension rises … and then, unfortunately, something completely different appears. The hand remains incomplete, leaving behind a small sense of disappointment. But that’s simply part of poker.
