Tableau
The tableau is the large map of the roulette table where you decide what you want to bet on. On the layout, you will find the numbers 0 to 36 as well as the outside bets. The numbers on the layout are not arranged randomly. They are organized into three columns and twelve rows. This makes it easy to identify and place bets on dozens, columns, and other multiple betting options.
Trend betting strategy
In roulette, the trend betting strategy is based on observing the most recently winning numbers or betting options and wagering on the assumption that a current streak will continue. For example, if Red has come up frequently in recent rounds, the player may bet on Red again, believing that the trend will continue for a while longer.
From a mathematical perspective, however, each new spin of the wheel has the same probability of winning as the previous one. Past results do not influence the outcome of the next spin.

Third Base
Third Base refers to the seat immediately to the right of the dealer in Black jack . The player in this position receives their cards last.
It is often mistakenly believed that the Third Base player can influence the outcome for the entire table because they are the last player to draw a card before the dealer acts. However, it is important to note that this decision can help the dealer, but it can just as easily work against them.
Thirty Miles
The term Thirty Miles is used in poker to refer to three tens, meaning a three of a kind made up of tens.
Trips
Trips is a specific type of three of a kind in poker. It consists of three cards of the same rank, such as three queens. The term Trips is used when you hold one matching card in your hand and two cards of the same rank appear on the board. A Set is also a three of a kind, but it is formed using your two hole cards and one matching card on the board.
Rule of thumb:
- Trips = 1 card from your hand + 2 cards from the board
- Set = 2 cards from your hand + 1 card from the board
Both hands are three of a kind, but poker players distinguish between the terms based on how the hand was made.
