Arcade of the month: Bürstadt

The Arcade of the Month for July takes us to Hesse, to the small town of Bürstadt. Nestled between Darmstadt and Mannheim, the Rhine and the Odenwald, this town of just over 18,000 residents offers a charming setting.

At the northern edge of the town, near the B44 federal highway, the laughing MERKUR sun shines brightly from afar — marking the location of one of over 300 MERKUR Arcades across Germany, established here in 2010.
