Welcome to one of Germany’s oldest cities! For our July arcade of the month, we’ve headed to the beautiful city of Augsburg.
Located in the southwest of Bavaria, Augsburg is a vibrant city full of charm and history. In the old town, visitors and locals alike marvel at impressive buildings from a range of architectural periods – from medieval guild houses to the Renaissance-style town hall. Right in the heart of this historic city, three MERKUR Arcades offer visitors the chance to take a break and enjoy some games and fun.
For this July episode, we’re focusing on the MERKUR Arcade that’s been located in the southern district of Göggingen since 2003.
The arcade’s team consists of over 10 dedicated staff members who are there to answer your questions about our games, advise you on responsible gaming measures, and ensure you’re well looked after.
Even during your gaming breaks, there’s plenty to enjoy. A wide selection of soft drinks – including Cola, Sprite, Iced Tea, Red Bull, speciality coffees and teas – will quench your thirst. For a small bite, we’re happy to prepare pizza, chicken snacks or meatballs. If you prefer cold snacks, we also serve pretzels, chocolate, nuts, crisps or Bifi sausages.
