In addition, at the MERKUR Casino Leuna you’ll find two blackjack tables, which open daily for you and your companions on request.

Blackjack is characterised by simple rules and a varied course of play. Originally derived from the French Vingt-et-un, it is still often referred to as “17+4” or “21”. The ace counts as either “1” or “11”, king, queen and jack each as “10”, and all other cards at their face value. With an ace and a ten or a picture card, you win instantly (“blackjack”) and receive one and a half times your stake – provided the house does not also have blackjack .

By public transport (bus/train):
Take bus line 131 to the stop “Schwarzer Bär” or “NOVA”. From there, it is only a few minutes’ walk to the casino.

Good Friday (all day), the Day of National Mourning (Volkstrauertag) and Sunday of the Dead (Totensonntag), in each case from 5:00 a.m. onwards, as well as from 24 December, 5:00 a.m. until 26 December, 5:00 a.m.
