How the feature starts
At the beginning of the game, you can activate the Golden Nugget bonus feature by selecting the bonus level. If the golden nugget symbol appears five times in the base game, the feature starts. Alternatively, you can enter the feature via the “hammer strength” function.
The nuggets that appear come with values and are transferred one-to-one onto the lower reel window. These successes are yours to keep. The goal is then to fill up to three reel windows with nuggets.
You’ll find the Golden Nugget bonus feature at the MERKUR slot machines in all MERKUR Arcades across Germany.
Special: Cashpots
Watch out for the green Grand symbol: if it appears on the reels, you can win the Grand cash pot in Golden Nugget even without starting the feature.
In bonus features, the cash pot represents direct successes. Depending on the selected level bet, the cash pots Grand, Super, Maxi, Mini, and Minor have different values.
How the feature ends
The Golden Nugget feature ends when all respins have been used up or all reel positions are filled. The successes achieved and the values of the nuggets are then added together and credited to your bank.
