Welcome to the MERKUR Casino Halle (Saale)! Under the motto “Luck for (H)alle”, this location was opened in 2018 as the third in Saxony-Anhalt. In the centrally located congress and cultural centre, you can look forward to a first-class entertainment experience with the most modern slot machines.

Please remember to bring valid identification when visiting. Without official proof of identity (passport or national ID card), we cannot grant you entry. Driving licences and similar documents are not accepted.

Admission is granted from the age of 18.

We also want you to feel comfortable with us. You don’t have to wear your finest evening attire to visit the casino – smart casual clothing is always welcome.

Parking is available right next door in the Dormero car park. M-Card holders park free of charge. Further information is available at reception or at the M-Card terminal.

You can also reach us by tram lines 7 and 9 via the stop “Am Leipziger Turm”.

We are here for you at the following times:

  • Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 a.m.
  • Friday, Saturday and the day before public holidays: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m.
  • Exception: On the day before Good Friday until midnight (12:00 a.m.)

Non-gaming days according to the Casino Act of the state of Saxony-Anhalt:

  • Good Friday (all day)
  • Day of National Mourning (Volkstrauertag) and Sunday of the Dead (Totensonntag), in each case from 5:00 a.m. onwards
  • From 24 December, 5:00 a.m. until 26 December, 5:00 a.m.
