Terms and Conditions of Participation

INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY: 1. FC KÖLN VS. BAYER LEVERKUSEN

• The organiser of the giveaway is MERKUR.COM AG, Merkur-Allee 1–15, 32339 Espelkamp (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
• Employees of companies within the MERKUR GROUP are excluded from participating in the giveaway.
• Participation is only permitted for persons aged 18 and over. The minimum age for participation is 18.
• As part of the giveaway, only the described 2 VIP tickets for the match 1. FC Köln vs Bayer Leverkusen on 25 April will be raffled.
• The prize additionally includes a stadium tour before the match, a handshake or meet & greet with a player, 2 signed home jerseys and attendance at the post-match press conference.
• The event venue is the RheinEnergieSTADION in Cologne.
• Any additional costs incurred, such as for travel or catering, will not be covered.
• The tickets are non-transferable and may neither be sold nor passed on to third parties. In the event of a breach, the Organiser reserves the right to reclaim the tickets. Cash payment or exchange of the prizes is excluded.
• The giveaway starts on 09.04.2026 17:00 Uhr and ends on 15.04.2026 11:00 Uhr.
• The winners will be notified afterwards via private message on Instagram. If no response is received within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
• Participants must ensure that they can be reached via Instagram. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete contact details. Any disadvantages arising from incorrect information shall be borne by the participants.
• The winners agree to accept any necessary changes to the prize, provided these arise due to external circumstances beyond control.
• The Organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate the giveaway in whole or in part if circumstances arise that jeopardise the proper conduct or integrity of the giveaway. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, any resulting damage may be claimed.
• The Organiser also reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of participation at any time.
• If the event is cancelled, interrupted or discontinued, no claim for compensation or substitute performance shall arise.
• Personal data of the winners (e.g. name or email address) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of ticket dispatch.
• Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In their place, a provision shall apply that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision.
• The giveaway is conducted and financed exclusively by the Organiser and is in no way connected to Meta or Instagram.
• Legal recourse is excluded.
