Terms and Conditions of Participation

Christmas Prize Draw: PAROOKAVILLE Tickets

• The organizer of the competition is MERKUR.COM AG, Merkur-Allee 1–15, 32339 Espelkamp; hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
• Employees of companies within the MERKUR GROUP are excluded from participating in the competition.
• Minors are excluded from all competitions and promotions. The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
• Only the tickets described in the prize draw will be raffled for the PAROOKAVILLE Festival 2026: 1x2 Regular Full Weekend Visa + Deluxe Bell for 2 persons. Further details regarding the tickets can be found in the ticket shop of the PAROOKAVILLE Festival.
  Additional costs, such as travel or catering expenses, will not be covered.
• The tickets may not be transferred or sold to other persons. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to withdraw the tickets. A cash payment of the prize value or an exchange of the prizes is not possible.
• The competition begins on Saturday, 13.12.2025, at 11:00 a.m. and ends on Thursday, 18.12.2025, at 11:59 p.m.
• The winners will be contacted afterwards via private message on Instagram.
• If a winner does not respond in due time, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
• Winners must ensure that we are able to contact them via Instagram message. Should the contact details provided (e.g., postal address or email address) be incorrect, the Organizer is not obliged to determine the correct information. Any disadvantages resulting from incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participants.
• The winners accept necessary changes to the prize that may occur due to factors outside the control of the companies involved in the competition.
• The Organizer reserves the right to suspend the competition in whole or in part if difficulties arise that jeopardize its integrity. This particularly applies to circumstances that disrupt or prevent the proper execution of the competition or prize draw. If such termination is caused by a participant's behavior, the Organizer is entitled to claim compensation for resulting damages from that person.
• Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time.
• By accepting the prize, the winners agree to the PAROOKAVILLE General Terms and Conditions as well as those of TicketPAY Europe GmbH.
• There is no entitlement to compensation or an equivalent substitute should the event be canceled, interrupted, or terminated.
• The transfer or processing of personal data of the winners (e.g. names or email addresses) will only take place for the purpose of dispatching the tickets.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In such a case, an appropriate regulation shall apply that most closely reflects the purpose of the ineffective provision.
• The competition is organized and funded exclusively by the Organizer and is in no way connected to Meta/Instagram.
• Legal recourse is excluded.
