Terms and Conditions of Participation

Instagram Prize Draw RB Leipzig vs. Bayer Leverkusen

• The organiser of the prize draw is MERKUR.COM AG, Merkur-Allee 1–15, 32339 Espelkamp; hereinafter referred to as the “organiser”.
• Employees of the MERKUR GROUP are excluded from participation.
• Minors are excluded from all prize draws and promotions. The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
• Only the tickets for the football match RB Leipzig vs. Bayer Leverkusen taking place between 19 and 21 December 2025 (exact date still to be confirmed) at the Red Bull Arena Leipzig will be raffled as described in the prize draw.
• Any additional costs, such as travel, accommodation, or meals, will not be covered and must be borne by the winners.
• The tickets may not be transferred or sold to other persons. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to withdraw the tickets. A cash payment or exchange of the prizes is not possible.
• The prize draw starts on Sunday, 2 November 2025, at 10:00 a.m. and ends on Sunday, 2 November 2025, at 7:00 p.m.
• The winners will be contacted afterwards via private message. If a winner does not respond in due time, the prize will be forfeited and a new draw will take place. The winners must ensure that we are able to contact them via direct message on Instagram.
• If the contact details provided (e.g. postal or email address) are incorrect, the organiser is not obliged to determine the correct addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details (e.g. wrong postal or email address) are the responsibility of the participants.
• The winners accept any necessary changes to the prize that may be required due to factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the prize draw.
• The organiser reserves the right to suspend the prize draw in full or in part if difficulties arise that compromise its integrity. This applies in particular to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the proper conduct of the draw. If such termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, the organiser reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages incurred.
• Furthermore, the organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The organiser also reserves the right to change these participation conditions without prior notice.
• No claims for compensation or equivalent substitution shall arise if the event is cancelled, interrupted, or terminated.
• No personal data of the winners (such as names or email addresses) will be passed on or processed by third parties.
• If individual provisions of these participation conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In such cases, a suitable regulation shall apply that best reflects the intent of the invalid provision.
• The prize draw is organised and financed exclusively by the organiser and is in no way connected to Meta/Instagram.
• Legal recourse is excluded.
