Giveaway: Tickets for Fortuna Düsseldorf vs. Arminia Bielefeld
The organizer of the giveaway is MERKUR.COM AG, Merkur-Allee 1–15, 32339 Espelkamp, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
Employees of companies within the MERKUR GROUP are excluded from participation in the giveaway.
Minors are excluded from all giveaways and promotions. The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
Only the 10x11 tickets described in the giveaway for the match Fortuna Düsseldorf vs. DSC Arminia Bielefeld will be raffled.
Any additional costs incurred, such as travel expenses or catering, will not be covered.
The tickets may not be transferred to other persons or sold. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to revoke the tickets. Cash payment of the non-cash prizes or an exchange of the prizes is not possible.
The giveaway starts on Saturday, 30 December 2025 at 11:00 a.m. and ends on Wednesday, 7 January 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
The winners will be contacted afterwards via private message on Instagram. If a winner does not respond in time, the prize will be forfeited and a new draw will take place.
Winners must ensure that they can be contacted via Instagram message. If the provided contact details are incorrect (e.g. postal or email address), the organizer is not obliged to investigate the correct addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from incorrect contact details are the responsibility of the participants.
Winners accept any necessary changes to the prize that result from factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the giveaway.
The organizer reserves the right to suspend the giveaway in whole or in part if difficulties arise that jeopardize the integrity of the giveaway. This applies in particular to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the orderly conduct of the giveaway or the draw. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, the organizer is entitled to claim compensation for the damage incurred from that person.
Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time.
By accepting the prize, the winners agree to the General Terms and Conditions of TicketPAY Europe GmbH.
There is no entitlement to compensation or an equivalent substitute should the event be cancelled, interrupted, or discontinued.
Personal data of the winners (e.g. names or email addresses) will only be passed on or processed for the purpose of ticket dispatch.
Should individual provisions of the terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. An appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision shall replace it.
The giveaway is organized and financed exclusively by the organizer and is not associated with Meta/Instagram.
Legal recourse is excluded.

Only the MERKUR dart surround described in the competition will be raffled.
Cash payment of the prize or exchange of the prize is not possible.
The competition starts on Wednesday, 07/01/2026, at 4:30 pm and ends on Thursday, 15/01/2026, at 11:59 pm.
The winner will be contacted afterwards via private message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond in time, the prize will be forfeited and a new draw will take place.
