- The organizer of this giveaway is MERKUR.COM AG, Merkur-Allee 1-15, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
- Employees of the MERKUR GROUP are excluded from participation.
- Participation is open exclusively to persons who are at least 18 years of age.
- The prize consists of 5 x 2 VIP tickets to the Backstreet Boys' final concert on October 7, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. at the MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA in Düsseldorf., Germany.
- Cash payment, exchange, or substitution of the prize is excluded.
- Any additional costs, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, catering, or other incidental expenses, are not included in the prize and must be borne by the winners themselves.
- The giveaway begins upon publication of the giveaway post and ends on October 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (CEST).
- The winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram exclusively through our official account after the closing date. If a winner does not respond within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected. Winners must ensure that they can be contacted via Instagram and must provide all information required for prize processing completely and truthfully.
- Winners are not permitted to transfer, assign, sell, or otherwise pass on the prize to third parties.
- If the contact details provided are incorrect or incomplete, the Organizer is under no obligation to determine the correct contact information. Any disadvantages arising from incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the participant.
- If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the Organizer reserves the right to provide an equivalent substitute prize.
- The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway in whole or in part if unforeseen circumstances arise that affect the proper conduct or integrity of the giveaway.
