Instagram Giveaway: PAROOKAVILLE 2026
- The organizer of this giveaway is MERKUR.COM AG, Merkur-Allee 1-15, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
- Employees of the MERKUR GROUP are excluded from participating in the giveaway.
Participation is limited to persons who are at least 18 years of age. The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
The prize consists of 2 x 2 VIP 2-Day Tickets including camping and parking for the San Hejmo Festival 2026 in Weeze, Germany. - Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.
- Any additional costs, such as travel expenses or food and beverages, are not included in the prize.
- The giveaway starts on August 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM and ends on August 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
- The winners will be notified via private message on Instagram exclusively through our official account. If a winner does not respond within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. Winners must ensure that they can be contacted via Instagram direct message. To facilitate prize delivery, winners are required to provide all necessary contact details completely and truthfully.
- Winners are not permitted to transfer or sell the prize to third parties.
If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g., postal or email address), the Organizer is not obliged to determine the correct contact information. Any disadvantages resulting from incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participant. - Should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the Organizer reserves the right to provide an equivalent substitute prize.
- The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the giveaway in whole or in part if difficulties arise that compromise the integrity of the giveaway. This applies in particular to circumstances that disrupt or prevent the planned execution of the giveaway or prize draw. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, the Organizer shall be entitled to claim compensation from that participant for any damages incurred.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Organizer further reserves the right to make such changes without prior notice.
- Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and administering the prize. Data will only be shared with third parties where necessary for the execution or delivery of the prize or where required by law.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision.
- This giveaway is organized and conducted exclusively by the Organizer. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. The sole contact and responsible party for this giveaway is the Organizer.
- Legal recourse is excluded.
