Instagram Giveaway: PAROOKAVILLE 2026
- The organiser of this giveaway is MERKUR.COM AG, Merkur-Allee 1-15, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser".
- Employees of the MERKUR GROUP are excluded from participation.
- Participation is open exclusively to persons aged 18 years or over. The minimum age for participation is 18.
- The prize consists of 2 x 2 Regular Full Weekend Visas + Base Village including parking for PAROOKAVILLE Festival 2026.
- Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.
- Any additional costs, such as travel expenses or catering, are not included in the prize.
- The giveaway begins on 3 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m. and ends on 9 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
- The winners will be notified via private message on Instagram exclusively through our official account @merkur_com. If no response is received within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. Winners must ensure that they can be contacted via Instagram direct message. For the purpose of prize fulfilment, winners are required to provide all necessary contact details completely and accurately.
- Winners are not permitted to transfer or sell the prize to third parties.
- If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g. postal or email address), the Organiser is under no obligation to investigate or obtain the correct address. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participant.
- Should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control, the Organiser reserves the right to provide an equivalent substitute prize.
- The Organiser reserves the right to suspend the giveaway, either in whole or in part, if difficulties arise that could compromise the integrity of the giveaway. This applies in particular to circumstances that would disrupt or prevent the planned conduct of the giveaway or prize draw. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, the Organiser shall be entitled to claim compensation for any resulting damages from that person.
- The Organiser further reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Organiser also reserves the right to make such amendments without prior notice.
- Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and arranging prize fulfilment. Personal data will only be shared with third parties where necessary for the administration or delivery of the prize, or where required by law.
- Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision.
- This giveaway is organised and administered exclusively by the Organiser. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. The Organiser is the sole contact and responsible party for this giveaway.

World Cup Giveaway 2: A trip to the U.S. worth 5,000€
- The organizer of the sweepstakes is MERKUR.COM AG, Merkur-Allee 1-15, 32339 Espelkamp; hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”

- Participation is limited to adults only. The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
- One TUI travel voucher issued by TUI Deutschland GmbH with a value of €5,000 will be awarded. The voucher may only be redeemed in accordance with the applicable voucher terms and redemption conditions of TUI Deutschland GmbH. The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of TUI Deutschland GmbH valid at the time of redemption. Cash payment, exchange or substitution of the prize is excluded.
- Any additional costs will not be covered.
- The validity period and redemption options of the voucher are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of TUI Deutschland GmbH. The Organizer accepts no liability for the redemption of the voucher outside the conditions specified by TUI Deutschland GmbH or for any changes to the voucher terms and conditions made by TUI Deutschland GmbH.
- The contest begins on June 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and ends on July 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

If no response is received within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. The winner must ensure that we are able to contact them via Instagram. For the purpose of prize fulfillment, the winner is required to provide complete and accurate contact details upon request.
- If the contact information provided is incorrect (e.g., mailing address or email address), the organizer is not obligated to track down the correct addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact information (e.g., incorrect mailing address or email address) shall be borne by the participants.
- If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the Organizer reserves the right to provide a prize of equal value.
