FC Schalke 04 Partner Night at the MERKUR SPIELBANK Hohensyburg

Strong partnerships, inspiring conversations, and an evening full of shared experiences: Together with FC Schalke 04, the MERKUR GROUP welcomed around 300 of the club’s partners to this year’s “Casino Night” at the MERKUR SPIELBANK Hohensyburg.

For the 40th edition of the SponsorTreff, the organizers broke from tradition and welcomed guests in an extraordinary setting. The MERKUR SPIELBANK Hohensyburg provided the ideal venue for nurturing existing relationships, forging new connections, and exchanging ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
Following the official welcome, the program featured fascinating insights into the partnership between FC Schalke 04 and the MERKUR GROUP, as well as updates on the latest developments at the club. However, the evening focused primarily on the interactions among the guests. After all, successful networks thrive on personal exchanges, shared experiences, and trusting relationships.

Afterward, the participants took the opportunity to experience the casino’s unique atmosphere. Amid culinary delights, good conversation, and a casual “just-for-fun” tournament at the gaming tables, one thing stood out above all else: having a good time together.

A particular highlight was the tournament’s final match. The winner not only received attractive prizes but also a donation of 1,904 euros to a charitable cause. This added a social dimension to the evening and sent a strong message of social commitment.
The MERKUR GROUP looks back on a thoroughly successful event and would like to thank all guests for the open dialogue, the many connections made, and the special atmosphere. Events like this demonstrate just how valuable strong partnerships and personal networks are—both on and off the field.
