Licence

A licence in an arcade is the official permission to operate gaming machines, whereby each licence usually allows for a certain number of machines.

In Germany, a maximum of twelve gaming machines are allowed per licence. The licences are physically separated from each other and have different names. Common names for licences include Fortuna, for example.
